The 15th Special Forces ‘Conqueror’ Company Continues its Mission with a Medical Outreach Program

BASILAN – The 15th Special Forces "Conqueror" Company, in collaboration with its stakeholders - Ateneo de Zamboanga University (AdZU) Grade School and JCI Basileña recently conducted a medical outreach program at Upper Mahayahay Elementary School (UMES) in Barangay Upper Mahayahay, Maluso, Basilan Province.

The program included the distribution of essential school supplies to all students of UMES, along with office supplies for the teachers sponsored by the former students of Ms. Villarin of AdZU. In addition, AdZU Grade School donated books, which were officially turned over to the Teacher-in-Charge of UMES. After the distribution, students and participants enjoyed fun-filled games and activities, fostering camaraderie and building stronger bonds within the community.

The JCI Basileña, led by Ms. Angeline Ramos, complimented the program through the distribution of loot bags. Additionally, Dr. Hanna Yasin-Robles, the Municipal Health Officer of Hadji Muhtammad, provided medical check-ups and distributed medications.

The outreach program would not have been successful without the valuable support of the barangay captain of Upper Mahayahay, Honorable Omar Naseef H. Salajin. Also, the following extended their initiatives and support: Maluso Municipal Administrator, Rahman Bud Sabito; South Gaunan Barangay Captain, Ahmad Rugasan Daud; Basilan Provincial Health Office; Share Your Spare Singapore; the 19th Special Forces "Magnitude" Company led by Captain Ralph Raoul L.
