Smile Train and the Marikina St. Vincent General Hospital (MSVGH) in collaboration with the City Government through the City Health Office will conduct a free Cleft Lip and Cleft Palate surgery at the Labuan Public Hospital. Smile Train and MSVGH have been providing free cleft repair surgery in Zamboanga City for several years now.
