The project is planned to be implemented in the villages of Danag and Bungkaung in partnership with municipal agencies to empower villagers and beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program -  a human development measure of the national government that provides conditional cash grants to the poorest of the poor, to improve the health, nutrition, and the education of children aged 0-18.

Tan has pledged to support the project, saying, he will always be supportive of any program that will benefit the great majority of the Tausug populace. (Mindanao Examiner and Jack Tutong.)
