ZAMBOANGA CITY – Four people were killed and a 3-year old child was seriously injured after their motorcycle collided Monday with a pickup truck in Tungawan town in the southern province of Zamboanga Sibugay, police said.
Police said the truck driver surrendered after the accident, but his identity was not made public.
Those who died were identified as June Rey Siete, the motorcycle driver; and his passengers Hazel Pepito, Diosdado Villaluz and Arnold Arquiza.
The name of the child was not released by the
police which is investigating the tragedy. (Zamboanga Post)
