A COMING-of-age, adventure-packed science fiction series for the YA crowd, the Driftland trilogy is among the latest releases on Amazon.
The story of Alunsinag Bayani's struggles and adventures as a young immigrant in America is told in a three-part saga, starting with "58 Minutes in Driftland" where the protagonist accidentally stepped into an alternate realm (Driftland) and discovered he could switch places with his more efficient self.
"Driftland
Breached," the second book, tells about the encroaching darkness and chaos
caused by nightmares and a mysterious virus, prompting Alunsinag to hurdle the
challenges at hand, particularly to play alongside class bully Lucas and win
the basketball tournament. He must also race against time and identify the
other warriors who were prophesied to save Driftland.
"Final Battle for
Driftland," the last book in the series, tells about the preparations and
tests that the Warriors of Light must undergo to assess their strengths and
vulnerabilities for them to overcome the four horsemen of darkness. In the end,
Alunsinag must face the final test of faith to save both worlds.
