COTABATO CITY - BARMM Chief Minister Ahod Ebrahim and Member of Parliament Ibrahim Ali led the turnover ceremony of a two-storey multi-purpose human development training center at Purok Wali, Barangay Bagua II in Cotabato City.
MP Ali said that the newly constructed facility
seeks to advance socio-economic growth and empower various sectors within the
community. The training center will serve as a hub for capacity-building
initiatives, which will benefit the youth, women, and other sectors of society.
Chief Minister Ebrahim highlighted the potential impact of the project and the importance of investing in human development initiatives. He also shared about the area's historical significance, mentioning that it previously served as a harbor for former combatants of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front.
The project is funded under the Transitional
Development Impact Fund of MP Ali, in partnership with the Ministry of Human
