Damosa Land and GMAC break ground for state-of-the-art 

cold storage facility in Anflo Industrial Estate

 

DAVAO CITY – Damosa Land, Inc. (DLI), the sustainable real estate developer in Mindanao, proudly announces the completion of the groundbreaking ceremony for the highly anticipated cold storage facility in Anflo Industrial Estate (AIE) in Panabo City in Davao del Norte province.

GMAC Logitech Refrigeration Corporatio will build and operate an 11,798-pallet cold storage facility in Anflo Industrial Estate.

The groundbreaking ceremony serves as an opportunity to celebrate the strategic venture between Damosa Land and GMAC Logitech Refrigeration Corporation (GMAC), a joint venture between AC Logistics Holdings Corporation (AC Logistics) and Glacier Megafridge, Incorporated (GMI). This collaboration highlights Damosa Land's dedication to providing innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the region's business community.





Located within the prestigious Anflo Industrial Estate, a PEZA-registered Special Economic Zone owned and operated by Damosa Land, the new 11,798-pallet cold storage facility is poised to become a cornerstone of food preservation and security, avoiding wastage while promoting better food price in Mindanao. 


AIE is home to a diverse range of locators representing six countries, including Head Sport, Packwell, Inc., Del Monte Fresh Produce Phils., Inc., First Panabo Tropical Foods Corporation, TPD Quality Foods Corporation, and Southern Harvest, Inc. to name a few, whose presence further enhances the estate's reputation as a hub for industry and commerce.

 

The new cold storage facility in the region, strategically positioned within AIE, offers access to major transportation networks, including the nearby Davao International Container Terminal. This prime location ensures seamless logistics operations and underscores Damosa.
