Okada Manila Shines a Light on Sustainability for Earth Hour 2025
MANILA - Okada Manila, the first integrated resort in the Philippines to earn the Forbes VERIFIED Responsible Hospitality badge, is set to participate in Earth Hour on March 22, 2025. The resort will join millions around the world in switching off lights to raise awareness for environmental protection.
As part of its ongoing commitment to sustainability, Okada Manila will be joining the "Biggest Hour for Earth" by dimming lights in common areas, switching off its façade lighting, and turning off The Fountain’s lighting system. In addition to these efforts, the resort has arranged a series of engaging activities throughout the resorts for guests to enjoy and participate in, including a special storytelling session and a fun-filled scavenger hunt at PLAY Kids’ Club. Guests will also be treated to a special vegan station at Medley Buffet, complimentary Earth Hour-themed pastries, and complimentary drinks at the casino floor.
I have attached the full press release and supporting photos of our sustainability initiatives. If you need more information about our comprehensive sustainability program, the Okada Green Heart 💚, or would like to visit the property to check out our initiatives in the property, please feel free to reach out.
