THE ZAMBOANGA City Fire Department praised the local government for donating two brand new vehicles that officials said will greatly boost its mobility, especially during emergency cases.
City Fire Marshall Chief Inspector Jacqueline Ortega thanked Mayor Beng Climaco for the Toyota Hilux 4x4 and Toyota Rush and vowed to maximize its use for the best interest of the public in times of fire and other calamities.
Ortega also presented Climaco with a beautiful décor, a wooden fire truck. Rep. Jawo Jimenez and Councilors Pinpin Pareja and El King Omaga were also present during the turnover ceremony held in front of the City Hall.
Climaco said her administration will continue to assist the fire department and the security sector as part of her commitment and priorities. “We continuously fortify our support and assistance to the security sector for the safety and security of Zamboanga City,” she said. (Zamboanga Post)
