TESDA District Director Omarkhayyam Dalagan praised Climaco, saying in all their undertakings, the mayor has not influenced or put pressure on the implementation of various programs, adding it is “an act that is worth emulating by other local governments.”
Dalagan made the statement during a meeting where he cited Climaco, saying she played an important role as a member of the Technical Education and Skills Development committee in Zamboanga.
Apple Go, the City Human Resource and
Management Officer, represented Climaco in the meeting, and she thanked Dalagan
on behalf of the mayor. Other participants to the meeting were Isabela City
Mayor Djalia Hataman, Department of Trade and Industry Provincial Director
Grace Aduca, Private Sector Representatives Dr. Anicia Alvarez, Pedro Rufo Soliven, Ramon Elumbra Jr., among
