COTABATO CITY - The Bangsamoro Parliament’s Rules Committee tackled several items on the agenda, including legislative measures that had been referred to the committee and the schedule for the second regular session.
Committee Chair Atty. Sha Elijah Dumama-Alba said the proposed measure contained in BTA Bill No. 43, calls for the Bangsamoro government administrative center in Parang town in Maguindanao province, to house the Office of the Chief Minister, the Bangsamoro Parliament, and various ministries, offices, and agencies.
Alba said they also adopted a resolution urging Congress to create a lone congressional district for Cotabato City. The Parliament is also set to open its second regular session in May. (LTAIS-Public Information, Publication, and Media Relations Division)
