COTABATO CITY - The Bangsamoro Parliament's Rules Committee has convened to discuss important matters ahead of the upcoming third regular session scheduled to commence on May 14.
Subcommittees were established to discuss proposed amendments to the BTA Rules and resolutions affecting entities both within and outside the BARMM region. This includes matters related to the Office of the Chief Minister, Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority, as well as other BARMM ministries, offices, and agencies.
The committee also adopted the proposed calendar of activities for Parliament Bill No. 34, which seeks to establish the Bangsamoro Development Corporation.

Leader and COR Chair Atty. Sha Elijah Dumama-Alba said that the committee will
hold roundtable discussions, focus groups, and committee meetings with experts
to facilitate thorough deliberations on PB No. 34.
Atty.
Yasmin Abdulkarim, the legal head of BARMM's Civil Service Commission, was
invited to address a proposed resolution requesting the commission to devise a
mechanism enabling all BARMM residents to take the Civil Service Examination.
Resolutions
urging the Office of the Secretary-General to establish a gallery of Bangsamoro
Parliament Members and create a mechanism to monitor the implementation status
of BTA-approved resolutions by relevant ministries, offices, local government
