DAVAO CITY – The hashtag #dutertepalpak went viral in social media after the State-run People’s Television Network (PTV-4) twitted a news saying President Rodrigo Duterte ordered the government to provide free face masks to all Filipinos while awaiting deliveries of Covid-19 vaccines.
