Sayyaf bomber captured in Zambo

ZAMBOANGA CITY – Security forces here captured an Abu Sayyaf bomber who is also wanted for the spate of ransom kidnappings of Filipinos and foreigners in the southern Philippines, a regional police spokesperson said Wednesday.
