BIFFs urged to surrender after leader’s death

KORONADAL CITY – The Philippine Army has urged members of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) to surrender peacefully following the recent killing of its leader in a clash in the southern Philippine city of Tacurong.
