BEFORE HER term ends, Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda of the International Criminal Court (ICC) has sought authorisation from The Hague tribunal to open a full investigation into President Rodrigo Duterte’s ongoing war on drugs that killed thousands of people, including innocent children.
