MANILA – Digital travel platform Agoda’s 2025 Sustainable Travel Survey reveals its ranking of Asia’s most sustainability-conscious travelers. Travelers from the Philippines earn the top spot, with 86% responding that sustainability is important in their travel choices for 2025, higher than the average for all Asian travelers combined (68%). Travelers from India (82%), Taiwan (80%), Malaysia (80%) and Vietnam (77%) round out the top five.

Siquijor Island is the Philippines’ top emerging destination – Agoda
MANILA – Siquijor Island has emerged as the fastest growing destination for attracting international travelers visiting the Philippines, according to digital travel platform Agoda. The travel platform’s New Horizons list further reveals Bohol to be the top trending destination for Filipino domestic travelers and Hanoi, Vietnam to be emerging among Filipinos traveling abroad.
