COTABATO CITY- After extensive deliberations, the Bangsamoro Parliament approved on third and final reading a measure that will establish the Bangsamoro Agriculture and Fisheries Training Institute (BAFTI), an institution that will offer highly technical training and short courses to farmers and fisherfolk in the region.
