Marcos rejects use of water cannons to retaliate vs. Chinese vessels

PRESIDENT FERDINAND R. Marcos Jr. on Monday said the Philippines will not use water cannons to retaliate against China’s continued harassment in the disputed areas of the West Philippine Sea.
