SENATE PRESIDENT Juan Miguel Zubiri on Wednesday said the approved Philippine Congress-Bangsamoro Parliament Forum (PCBPF) will pave the way for the economic development of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
