THE COMMISSION on Elections (Comelec) Second Division junked the petition to disqualify former Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Erwin Tulfo as a nominee of the Anti-Crime and Terrorism Community Involvement and Support (ACT-CIS) Party List.
