VP Sara: PH to strengthen ties, partnership with Lao, Czechia

VICE PRESIDENT Sara Duterte said on Tuesday the Philippines shall continue to strengthen diplomatic ties and collaboration on education with the states of Laos and the Czechia (also Czech Republic).
