ZAMBOANGA CITY – It has been over four months that a small-time reseller of food products has accused a “Mr B Processed Food Products Wholesaling (Mr Gourmet Bangus)” based in Davao City for failing to refund her some P2,700 for the shipment of staled and mostly broken bottles of Spanish style milkfish she ordered online.
