THE PHILIPPINES and Brunei Darussalam further strengthened their four-decade-old bilateral relations, signing on Tuesday at least three memoranda of understanding (MOUs) and one letter of intent (LOI) covering tourism, maritime cooperation, seafaring, and agriculture.
