Jollibee Group Foundation, DepEd to Expand Central Kitchen Model for School-based Feeding Program

MANILA - Jollibee Group Foundation (JGF), the social development arm of Jollibee Group, recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Education (DepEd) for the adoption of the central kitchen model for School-based Feeding Program (SBFP), which aims to alleviate hunger among school-aged children. DepEd Secretary Sonny Angara led the signing ceremonies with JGF President Gisela Tiongson at the DepEd office last December 11, 2024.

Over 18 participants from different FEP farmer groups and local implementing partners gathered to learn about agri-extension approaches and methods at the pioneering Agri-Tech Facilitator Training Program of the Jollibee Group Foundation.

MANILA – The Jollibee Group Foundation (JGF), the social development arm of Jollibee Group, has successfully conducted the first batch of trainings of the Agri-Tech Facilitator (ATF) Program last October 14 to 16 in Pasig City. This training covered the first of three modules for the program which is a part of JGF's initiative to hone smallholder farmers into agri-tech facilitators who will identify, test, and promote innovations that will improve productivity, profit, and sustainability of their agro-enterprises.

DAVAO CITY – ‘Fake news!’ Yan ang naging tugon ni Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenza sa inilabas na dokumento ni presidential son, Paolo “Pulong” Duterte na naguugnay sa iba’t-ibang mga personalidad at grupo, kabilang ang ilang taga-media sa umano’y sa mga nagnanais o nagpaplanong patalsikin si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

Agad naman tinanggal ni Pulong ang naturang post nito sa Facebook matapos na umani ng mariing pagbatikos mula sa mga netizens, oposisyon at Simbahang Katoliko at wala rin itong paliwanag kung bakit niya binura ang nasabing listahan ng mga umano’y destabilizers.

Tinawag naman ni Robredo na iresponsable ang paglagay ni Pulong ng nasabing listahan dahil bukod sa ito ay pawang kasinungalingan ay wala rin umanong maipakitang pruweba ang anak ng Pangulo sa kanyang bintang.
