Army to train Sulu ‘Bantay Dagat’ task force members

CLOSE TO 400 government militias in the southern Philippine province  of Sulu are set to undergo military training as part of a security task force that will help protect marine environment and enforce coastal laws.

AFP needs to prioritize programs to be funded by $100-M US grant
