THE PHILIPPINE National Police on Monday (PNP) warned candidates for this year's Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) not to give in to the extortion demands of lawless elements such as the Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army (CPP-NPA).
