FLOODS SPAWNED by Tropical Storm Paeng left four persons missing and displaced more or less 3,000 families in this southern port city on Friday.
TROPICAL STORM Paeng has so far affected 277,383 families or 932,077 individuals in 2,455 barangays in 14 regions in the country, according to the latest update of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) on Sunday.
