Parliament OKs bill establishing PH’s first institution for higher learning in Islamic studies

COTABATO CITY ― The Bangsamoro Parliament has approved a measure that would create the first Kulliyyah in the country, granting learners an opportunity to pursue higher learning in Islamic studies.
