ZAMBOANGA CITY – Residents of the Zamboanga Peninsula can look forward to more convenient government services as PhilHealth Regional Office IX works toward the rollout of a one-stop registration service with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), allowing qualified individuals to register with PhilHealth and apply for their PhilSys National ID in a single visit to participating PhilHealth Local Health Insurance Offices (LHIOs).
