MANILA, PHILIPPINES - According to the results of Tangere's most recent 2025 Pre-Election Party-List Preferential Survey, ACT-CIS (Anti-Crime and Terrorism Community Involvement and Support, Inc.) is expected to secure three (3) seats in Congress with a 9.42% voter preference. This is despite a significant decline of almost 6% compared to the previous month’s survey. A specific set of circumstances can be attributed to the decline, led by the Citizenship Issue currently being faced by current ACT-CIS representative Erwin Tulfo. Rep. Tulfo also experienced a substantial decline in his Senatorial Voter Preference from a similar survey held on the same survey period.
