A QUANTUM laboratory funded by the Department of Science and Technology-Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, and Emerging Technology Research and Development (DOST-PCIEERD) for PHP18 million officially opened at the Technological Institute of the Philippines (TIP) on Friday.
