3 nabbed, P2.8M smuggled cigarettes seized in Zamboanga City

ZAMBOANGA CITY – Authorities arrested three people and seized smuggled cigarettes worth more than PHP2.8 million in an anti-smuggling operation here, police said Wednesday.
