Marcos readies relief packages for flood-hit LGUs

PRESIDENT FERDINAND R. Marcos Jr. on Thursday said he will start working on lumping up relief packages for local government units (LGUs) affected by Super Typhoon Carina and the enhanced southwest monsoon or habagat.
