DAVAO CITY - The Peace and Equity Foundation (PEF) and the UP Strategic Research and Management Foundation (UPSTREAM) signed a memorandum of agreement to undertake an action research study on Islamic financing in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
