BUREAU OF Internal Revenue Commissioner Romeo D. Lumagui Jr. on Thursday led the filing of tax evasion charges against 127 companies and 214 corporate officers before the Department of Justice in the latest offensive against businesses and corporations not paying their proper taxes.
