Cebu’s ‘Project Balik Buhay’ duplicated in Bacolod, Iloilo
CEBU CITY – The Project Balik Buhay (PBB), a business recovery roadmap that has been implemented in Cebu, will also serve as a model for businesses in the cities of Bacolod and Iloilo, said Melquiades Feliciano, the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) deputy chief implementer for the Visayas.

Universal Health Care launched in Cebu
CEBU CITY – The Universal Health Care (UHC) Law will protect every Filipino from the risk of financial burden in seeking medical treatment, said Secretary Michael Lloyd Dino, Presidential Assistant for the Visayas, at the launching of the UHC Law in Cebu.
He said the national government’s health care program will give citizens access to the full continuum of health services they need, while protecting them from enduring financial hardship as a result.
