CEBU CITY – The Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) said it will mentor budding micro-entrepreneurs, who are recipients of the provincial government’s micro-business aid program, and also those seeking to revive their businesses affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
