CEBU CITY – The National Economic and Development Authority Investment Coordination Committee (NEDA-ICC) is set to study the proposed P78.9 billion Cebu monorail project, according to Presidential Assistant for the Visayas Michael Lloyd Dino.
He said the monorail will have the capacity of a light rail transit (LRT) and can accommodate up to 15,000 passengers per hour per direction.
