GENERAL SANTOS CITY – The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) said it has helped dozens of Filipino out-of-school and unemployed youth gain much-needed technical-vocational training in partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), and the local government, including private sector partners.
