THE BANGSAMORO Transition Authority has adopted four resolutions and introduced four proposed bills.
It congratulated the delegates
of the Philippines at the recent 31st Sea Games in Hanoi, Vietnam, as well as
the Philippine Sports Commission, and the 227 successful medalists, among whom
was Bangsamoro pride Alnakran Abdilla and the 7,145 MILF and MNLF members who
passed the National Police Commission Special Qualifying Eligibility Exam.
They also commended
Nur-Haferizah Jannah Abinal for placing 5th out of the 4,442 examinees in the
2022 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination.
The BTA expressed their deepest
condolences and sympathies to the family of the late former Japanese Prime
Minister Shinzo Abe, as well as their profound appreciation and gratitude for
his contributions to peace and development in the Bangsamoro Region.
Meanwhile, four proposed bills
were introduced in the first reading, including the BARMM General Curfew for
Minors Act; Bangsamoro Endowment Fund for Culture and Arts; Bangsamoro Museum
Act of 2022; and Bangsamoro Science High School Act of 2022.
A total of 48 members of
Parliament attended the session both physically and virtually. (LTAIS-Public
