SOME 120 organizations and associations focused on empowering women in BARMM received financial assistance from the Office of MP Bainon Guiabar Karon.
Through the Bangsamoro Rural
Employment’s Entrepreneurial Development Program, each organization from the
cities of Cotabato, Marawi, and General Santos, as well as the provinces of
Sultan Kudarat, Lanao del Sur, Maguindanao, and Special Geographic Area in
North Cotabato, received P50,000 in start-up capital to support their proposed
entrepreneurial initiatives.
Implemented by the Ministry of Labor
and Employment, the said activity was funded under the 2021 Transitional
Development Impact Fund of MP Karon. (LTAIS-Public Information, Publication,
