ASIA'S Modern Hero Awards 2023, a prestigious award-giving body presented by the producer of the successful Asia's Golden Icons Awards and Asia's Pinnacle Awards, was launched recently at the Grand Ballroom of Okada Manila.
The door is now open to modern heroes all over Asia to walk in the pedestal of honor for their humanitarian advocacies, especially during the challenging time of pandemic.
The awards envisions reaching every humanitarian advocate worldwide who excelled in their respective field of expertise and celebrating their perpetual endeavors beyond self-sacrifice and volunteerism. The recipients of the awards are deliberated in their humanitarian involvement (25 (percent), community accomplishments (25 percent), impact and influence (25 percent), and services (25 percent).
Some of the prominent awardees of this prestigious event are Rep. Richard Gomez and his wife Ormoc City Mayor Lucy Torres-Gomez, The Manila Times President and CEO Dante "Klink" Ang 2nd, The Manila Times Chairman Emeritus Dante A. Ang Sr., Pitahc Director General Annabelle Pabiona-de Guzman, PEZA OIC Director General Tereso Panga, Sulu Vice Gov. Abdusakur "Totoh" Tan 2nd, OPM Singer Imelda Papin, and other prominent humanitarian advocates all over Asia.
Asia's Modern Hero Awards is led by its President and CEO Dr. Ronnel Ybañez and the members of its Awards Council — Tesda Deputy Director General Vidal Villanueva 3rd, League of Municipalities of the Philippines National Vice President Mayor Marcos Mamay, Ulama and Imam of the Philippines Association National President Dr. Alim Fatani Sultan Abdul Malik, and Eralista Worldwide Founder Eravev "Anne" Bacho.
