COTABATO CITY - The Office of Member of the Parliament Atty. Sittie Fahanie S. Uy-Oyod turned over a fully equipped medical ambulance to the local government of Datu Saudi Ampatuan.
The ambulance, intended for Barangay Salbu, was
funded under the Transitional Development Impact Fund of MP Uy-Oyod in
partnership with the BARMM’s Health Ministry, aims to ensure timely and
efficient emergency response in the community.
MP Uy-Oyod's commitment to the welfare of the
community also extends to expectant mothers in the municipality. Pregnant women
can now benefit from a program that provides free birth certificates for their
newborns.
The initiative, operated through the municipal
civil registrar's office in Datu Saudi, will support mothers and ensure that
essential documentation for newborns is readily accessible. (LTAIS- Public
