OCD capability gets boost with 20 portable satellite kits

THE EMERGENCY communications capability of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) got a much-needed boost following the donation of 20 portable satellite communication kits by publicly listed company Diversified Financial Network Inc. (DFNN, Inc.) to the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) on Monday.
