US releases new grants to support out-of-school youth

MANILA - The U.S. Agency for International Development has announced new grants worth over P20 million ($370,000) for higher education institutions working on innovative programs to improve the lives of out-of-school youth.

USAID, partners reaffirm support for reliable internet connectivity nationwide

Cebu among areas getting US aid

CEBU – Washington said it is providing - through the U.S. Agency for International Development – additional P17.5 million ($350,000) to support ecosystem and community recovery and this brings the total U.S. government aid for Typhoon Odette relief and recovery efforts to nearly P1.1 billion ($21.54 million). 

BIDA Kid campaign launched
