BARMM bill proposes mandatory comprehensive risk assessments for development projects

COTABATO CITY — Development projects within the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region will be subject to risk assessments prior to their implementation, pending the approval of Parliament Bill No. 297, or the Bangsamoro Comprehensive Risk Assessment and Disaster-Resilient Development Act.
