SULU – The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is
eyeing the construction of diversion roads and rehabilitation of the Sulu Circumferential
Road with Gov. Sakur Tan saying the projects will have a huge impact on the
local economy as it will hasten the movement of goods in the province.
