Covid vax for elderly in Central Visayas remains low

Cebu now requires negative RT-PCR tests

CEBU – International travellers whether Filipino or foreigners arriving at the Mactan-Cebu International Airport are now required to present negative RT-PCR test results taken within 48 hours before departing from their country of origin, and this is on top of their vaccination card.

CEBU CITY – Health authorities urged parents to have their children age five to 11 vaccinated against Covid-19, especially now that the highly contagious Omicron variant is now the dominant Covid-19 variant in the country.
