Zamboanga now has first Covid-19 positive case
ZAMBOANGA CITY – A 29-year old man who returned here from Manila has been tested positive for the deadly coronavirus disease, or Covid-19, and is now placed under a strict quarantine, Mayor Beng Climaco announced late Tuesday.

Zamboanga releases guidelines on enhanced community quarantine
THE LOCAL government has released guidelines on the enhanced community quarantine as a preventive measure to ensure Zamboanga remains free from the coronavirus disease that has infected dozens of people in the country.

THE PHILIPPINES is now in a virtual lockdown with local governments imposing community quarantine in an effort to battle the spread of the deadly coronavirus disease, or Covid-19, which originated in the Chinese city of Wuhan in December.
